Well, I have some semblance of internet access. Courtney's computer leeches the neighbor's wireless well enough for me to jump on, but it still doesn't feel right without my own box.

That's going to take a while, though. I'm looking at at least 4 or 5 months, and probably a lot more. I owe the IRS the same amount it would take to build a new box, and the Nate now is not the Nate that would have built the box first.

In short, Operation Pipedream still has to wait.

On the other hand, I still have access to free ink. As a result, I have the opportunity to consider things I'd normally have to put off. My boys (KC, Will, 'Frak) know their assignments, and the rest of you should hit up that poll I made. If you have suggestions, they need to be eight letters. If anyone manages to think of a term that refers both to nature and geek shit, that'd be perfect.

So, now that I've talked about the thing no one's going to do, I can go.

I've repainted and refinished my Guitar Hero PS2 controller - the one that came with Guitar Hero, Sr. It looks bad ass (visual evidence to follow) and I'm thinking about charging people to do things to theirs.
